“വിജയത്തിന് ഏറ്റവും വലിയ തടസ്സം സാഹചര്യങ്ങളല്ല, ആത്മവിശ്വാസക്കുറവാണ്.” ഈ സത്യം ജീവിതംകൊണ്ട് തെളിയിച്ച വ്യക്തിയാണ് ശ്രീകാന്ത് ബൊല്ല. കാഴ്ചശക്തിയില്ലാതെ ജനിച്ച അദ്ദേഹം അചഞ്ചലമായ മനക്കരുത്തും കഠിനാധ്വാനവും ആത്മവിശ്വാസവും കൊണ്ട് ഇന്ത്യയിലെ ശ്രദ്ധേയനായ വ്യവസായിയും സാമൂഹിക പ്രവർത്തകനുമായി വളർന്നു. പത്താം ക്ലാസ്സ്‌ ഇംഗ്ലീഷ്‌ ടെക്സ്റ്റ്‌ ബുക്കിലെ “Breaking Barriers” എന്ന പാഠം അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ പ്രചോദനാത്മകമായ ജീവിതയാത്രയാണ് അവതരിപ്പിക്കുന്നത്.
