PM Modi to hold talks with US President Donald Trump on June 26

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit US on June 26th. Then he will meet with US President, Donald trump. This will be PM”s first interaction with Donald Trump. So the world is eagerly looking for it.

“Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Washington DC on June 25-26, 2017, at the invitation of the President of the United States of America, The Honorable Donald J Trump,” the Ministry of External Affairs said in a press release.

Their interaction will provide a new direction for the bilateral cooperation between India and the US. The two leaders have spoken to each other over phone three times since Trump “s inauguration. The upcoming visit assumes importance in view of Trump “s push for stricter norms for issuance of H1-B visas and the US pulling out of the Paris Agreement on climate change.
