ചേരാനല്ലൂര്‍ വാഹനാപകടം; അഡീഷണല്‍ ജഡ്ജിയുടെ അറസ്റ്റ് തടഞ്ഞ് ഹൈക്കോടതി

കൊച്ചി | ചേരാനല്ലൂര്‍ വാഹനാപകടത്തില്‍ 17കാരന്റെ പിതാവായ അഡീഷണല്‍ ജഡ്ജിയുടെ അറസ്റ്റ് തടഞ്ഞ് ഹൈക്കോടതി.

അന്വേഷണത്തോട് സഹകരിക്കുന്നുണ്ടല്ലോ എന്നും പിന്നെന്തിനാണ് അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്യുന്നത് എന്നും അന്വേഷണ സംഘത്തോട് കോടതി ചോദിച്ചു. അഡീഷണല്‍ ജഡ്ജിയുടെ മുന്‍കൂര്‍ ജ്യാമാപേക്ഷ പരിഗണിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു കോടതി.
